Life Coaching and "Heart Work"
As a life coach, I partner with clients to tackle goals that may seem daunting, whether it’s getting started, seeing them through to completion, or even discovering new aspirations.
At the core of my life coaching practice lies the transformative concept of “Heart Work.” This unique approach emphasizes the importance of addressing the emotional and psychological barriers that prevent individuals from achieving their goals. By focusing on heart healing, I assist my clients in uncovering and understanding the root causes of their challenges, fostering a deep sense of self-awareness and empowerment. This method not only aids my clients in reaching their desired outcomes but also equips them with the tools to navigate future obstacles with resilience and insight. My dedication to heart work reflects her belief in the power of introspection and emotional healing as catalysts for personal and professional development.
Through collaboration, visualization, and deep questioning, I guide my clients toward their “Aha” moments, driving desires, and the dismantling of roadblocks, all while building a stronger, more authentic version of themselves.

Unlike therapists, who delve into the underlying issues beneath the mountain, or a traditional coach, who might prescribe a one-size-fits-all ascent, I don’t impose my methods or strategies on you. Instead, we collaboratively discover the most effective practices and next steps tailored to your path, functioning as a unified team.
Professional Development
With an 11-year tenure in education, 14 years as a DEI Facilitator, and experience as an Assistant Principal, I am dedicated to enhancing the capabilities of my teams, guiding them to excel as educators. I deliver professional development programs focusing on diversity, equity, inclusion, mindfulness, and industry best practices. My goal is to establish a culture of excellence across the system, enabling all educators to excel and, in turn, effectively shape the future through education. Additionally, I offer specialized professional development opportunities for women of color, aimed at refining their practices and engagement in environments that historically may not have been designed to support their success.
Speaking and Keynotes
Drawing from my diverse background across various sectors and my role as the author of “You’re Not Crazy, These People Ain’t Shit,” I’ve carved out a niche as a motivational and keynote speaker. My expertise spans a range of subjects, including empowering women of color to leave their mark, supporting educators in their quest for reform, nurturing leadership qualities in our children, navigating relationships with narcissists, and laying the groundwork for personal and professional success.
